Bespoke Confections was founded in 2026 by Denver native Christopher Dirgo, a creative foodie dedicated to crafting exceptional confections. Inspired by a loved one's peanut allergy, he set out to create products that everyone could savor—and in doing so, discovered a deeper philosophy: chocolate usually overpowers, so he decided to take one of the world's most gifted items and develop his own take, omitting its most important ingredient. Also, feeling like gift giving has become an obligation to most, in which they often begrugingly end up in a grocery store buying a box of chocolates, he decided to help remind the world that the best way to someone's heart is through their stomach.
